- Handle initial calls and inquiries from new prospecting clients
- Obtain detailed information about the incident
- Follow up with potential clients regarding documentation and next steps
- Assist in the sign-up process while providing an excellent client service experience
**Requirements:**
- Customer Service Experience
- Professional and empathetic telephone etiquette
- Active listening, verbal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365/Suite)
