My client is a Global Real Estate Investment Management Firm that is building out their US Teams and seeking someone reporting to Head of Asset Management and CEO.
Seeking a candidate with strong Development, Sourcing, Investment Management, and Construction Management from concept to completion. Assets including Industrial, Mixed-Use, and Office Assets. This professional will build relationships, source assets, financing, and construction management throughout projects. This role will sit in NYC.
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with Acquisitions & Asset Management Teams to handle Asset Investment and development; Will lead relationships whether within Design & Construction management, financing, sourcing, and end to end leasing.
- Build Financial Models, Financial Analysis, due diligence on deal documents, and CapEx Analysis on nationwide investments
- Build and present decks to C-Suite Executives and Investment Teams.
- Structure and Analyze Asset deals including negotiations and work with banking financing partners, along with legal, operations, tax and external advisors
- Lead process of various vendors including brokers, architects, CMs, Engineers, and contractors.
- Advised executive team on the financial feasibility of the project using pro-forma models and site analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree
- 10 years of real estate Acquisitions & development of properties - Industrial, Mixed-use, Office, and Commercial Buildings
