Maintenance Operations:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Maintenance Department. This includes managing maintenance activities, personnel, and reporting systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage effective preventive and predictive maintenance activities using eMaintenance CMMS Program
- Direct corrective machine and equipment repairs
- Coordinate PM, Corrective, and Project work activity with Production Departments
Requirements:
BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline preferred
Minimum 5-year experience leading a manufacturing maintenance team
Minimum 5 years' experience participating in major capital equipment projects
