Key Responsibilities
The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator oversees the Maintenance Department's operations, reporting systems, and personnel management. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Engineering and other stakeholders to:
- Manage effective preventive and predictive maintenance activities using eMaintenance CMMS Program.
- Assign, assist with, and direct corrective machine and equipment repairs.
- Coordinate PM, Corrective, and Project work activity with Production Departments.
- Ensure safe work practices are adhered to by the maintenance team and address safety concerns within the facility.
Additionally, this role includes managing spare and repair parts required for all maintenance activity with the Inventory Specialist and promoting good housekeeping practices throughout the facility.
