Coda Search is partnering with a multi-faceted, global sports company that owns and operates some of the most recognizable sports brands in the world. The team has been growing exponentially and has seen enormous growth in the US over the past few years with the stock price up 25% in 2024. The team is seeking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for providing strategic insights into the business analyzing cost drivers, expenses, and providing insightful insights and recommendations to drive profitability across multiple brands.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of brands analyzing cost drivers and expenditures across each brand domestically and globally
- Prepare financial models to analyze changes in costs and assumptions
- Perform strategic insights into the business and forecast expenditures and revenues
- Prepare P&L reports for each brand and provide commentary to senior leadership
- Assist with process improvements across the business
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Corporate Development and Brand Marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 6 years of experience in an FP&A position
- Prior experience in CPG or distribution
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and able to explain findings to senior leadership
- Strong financial modelling and financial analysis experience
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
