Financial Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance group. The role will provide thoughtful analysis, feedback, and guidance to Senior Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and decision support to Senior Management.
• Engage with partners at all levels to gather insights, information, and influence business decisions.
• Create and develop forecasts, models and additional reports as needed.
• Build and maintain reporting analysis for the company’s lenders.
• Monitor financial performance, research variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Proactively and effectively communicate financial information to executive level leadership and develop executive level presentations.
• Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis across all lines of business working collaboratively with internal and external business partners.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or analytics-related area.
• Relavant experience in finance or analytics-related role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to develop financial models to evaluate projects, revenue streams, etc.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the business and proactively engages with partners to support the business while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Flexible and able to anticipate change and respond to daily operational needs and priorities with agility.
• Energetically embraces new thoughts and ideas, focuses on continuous improvement efficiently.
• Demonstrated presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals of all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities and manage time
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
