Our client, an private equity firm in Chicago, is looking to add a Senior Associate to their Investor Relations team, which will cover investor relationship management and fundraising strategy work.
Responsibilities:
- Produce/update materials for LPs including quarterly reports, marketing presentations, performance updates, ESG reports and annual meeting materials.
- Lead all key communications with investors (deal announcements, quarterly reporting), marketing materials (pitchbooks, Annual Meeting presentation)
- RFPs/DDQs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years of experience in an investor relations or fundraising
- Experience with private funds or credit products
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational communication skills
Salary : $115,000 - $190,000
