Our client, an alternative asset manager located in NYC, is looking to add a Senior Associate to their Investor Relations team, which will cover investor relationship management and fundraising/product strategy work.
Must have strong experience working with real estate funds.
Responsibilities:
- Produce/update materials for LPs including quarterly reports, marketing presentations, performance updates, ESG reports and annual meeting materials.
- Lead all key communications with investors (deal announcements, quarterly reporting), marketing materials (pitchbooks, Annual Meeting presentation)
- RFPs/DDQs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-12 years of experience in investor relations/services or fundraising/product strategy
- Experience with private funds, Private Equity related products or credit products
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational communication skills
Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
