Coda Search is partnering with a global trading firm in Stamford, CT. This is a global firm that operates across 7 offices and is coming off one of its best trading years in history. The team is seeking to hire a Junior Analyst who will be responsible for working cross-functionally across the entire group managing shipments, monitoring inventory levels, updating the CRM system, and coordinating with the trading desks.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics and supply chain of various products
- Arrange and manage the shipment of products via vessel, rail, and trucking and working closely with their counterparties
- Update the CRM system
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare weekly inventory reports for the trading desk
- Work closely with accounting, finance, and the front office
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- 6 months of experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivots)
- Strong organization and time management skills
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
