Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance department, its reporting and record-keeping systems, and manages all activities and personnel of the maintenance and machine shop departments. The role reports to the Engineering Director.
Maintenance Department Operation:
- Direct maintenance team activity by managing effective preventive and predictive maintenance activities using eMaintenance CMMS Program
- Assign, assist with, and direct corrective machine and equipment repairs
- Coordinate PM, Corrective, and Project work activity with Production Departments
- Develop and implement corrective actions for repetitive machine failures
- Determine departmental skillset requirements and develop the team to achieve them
- Manage/supervise Craftsman timesheets and approve vacation and PTO requests
