We are seeking an experienced professional to support multiple executives of our organization.
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling the administrative needs of our executives.
Key responsibilities include arranging conference calls and meetings, planning work-related travel details, receiving visitors, training and supervising lower-level clerical staff, maintaining and ordering supplies, and providing occasional transportation services.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a related field. They must possess strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and strong attention to detail.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
