Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist - Bilingual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure timely and accurate order management, maintain customer master data, and provide support for sales events.
We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English and has strong French language skills, with experience in B2B customer service environments and proficiency in Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information
- Manage order flow, including order acquisition to order entry, in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Manage delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics, and customer, and acting as the first point of contact in the event of any query or issue
- Manage backorders, ensuring a clean sheet
- Manage goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Act as the customer's first point of contact for commercial, logistics, product claims
- Support sales events such as sales campaigns, brands/product presentations, customer onsite training, customer visits
- Issue sales/customer-related reporting
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems
- Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities and/or projects
