A firm with over $105 billion of assets under management is looking to hire a Portfolio Group Associate.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain projection models for all Global Special Situations (GSS) funds
Monitor cash position of GSS funds; maintain funding pipeline and coordinate capital calls / distributions
Assist with fund financing initiatives, including structuring, modeling, and fund-level impact analyses
Provide analytical support in fundraising and investor reporting processes for the GSS business
Maintain system for tracking fund information for the entire Special Situations business, including asset allocations, capital activity, investor composition, returns history and trajectory, fund financings, risk factors, and value creation initiatives
Support in the evaluation and analysis of new fund investment products, business lines, and strategies
Qualifications
Strong academic credentials (BS/BA from highly regarded institution) and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience; undergraduate concentration in Finance and/or CFA designation is a plus
1-4 years of corporate/strategic finance, financial operations, or data analytics experience; prior asset management experience and/or
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
