About the Company - Our NYC leader in property development is seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Director to their growing Development & Construction Group
About the Role - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire end to construction/development/ re-development for multiple high-end commercial Real Estate projects.
Day to Day
- Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.
- Oversee the execution and capital improvement effort for several multi-site projects.
- Deliver on strategic design project based work focused around property improvements and value add.
- Present due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment Committee.
- Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, bid process and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors.
- Adhere closely to budget/Finance proposals and project timelines.
- Provide project-level status reports to clients on a timely and accurate basis.
- Direct the technical due diligence process in support of new acquisitions.
- Review project feasibility studies and seek input from firms market research group.
- Work with site Engineers to ensure budget and scope of work is compliant.
- Review marketing materials for new to market projects.
- Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts.
Academic Qualifications
- 4 year degree within engineering, architecture, or construction management is preferred.
Required Skills
- 10 years overall transferable Real Estate/Project Management experience.
- Prior Lage Development or similar experience required.
- Proven ability to lead Project from beginning to end.
Pay range and compensation package - 300,000-400,000
