Senior Logistics Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Logistics Manager to oversee our shipping and logistics operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing transportation processes, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact and subject matter expert (SME) for logistics strategy and process development.
• Lead automation and optimization projects to improve shipping efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Oversee inbound logistics, internal transfers, and outbound shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain performance.
• Develop and enforce policies to drive efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage risk and maintain high service quality by minimizing operational errors.
• Oversee the logistics budget, optimizing resource allocation for cost savings and service improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to enhance communication and workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shipping/Logistics Manager with a track record of team development and process automation.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Excel, Access, or Power BI.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CBP and PGA regulations preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as CCS, CES, or a Customs Broker License preferred.
• APICS certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CTSC) are a plus.
