Responsibilities
- Build and maintain forecasting models to inform clinical hiring decisions
- Condense clinical data into digestible overviews and insights for various stakeholders
- Monitor clinical data and devise data-driven strategies to optimize our care
- Create and implement operational process improvements to drive increased efficiency, satisfaction, and outcomes for both our clients and care team
- Identify and operationalize new technologies that enhance the clinical delivery process
- Support cross-functional projects driving important goals of the business, coordinating internal team members and resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar analytical subject area
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-heavy work environment (e.g. finance, consulting, etc.) from a strategy consulting firm or an investment bank
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
