- Support in the preparation of loan solicitation materials, including property overviews, transaction strengths and weaknesses, property analytics, and property market information
- Support in the negotiation of financing terms and loan documentation
- Assist in the execution and closing of transactions
- Market monitoring / research to support the investment teams by providing real-time information about real estate capital markets, including credit terms, pricing comparables, and debt capital market trends
