We are currently partnered with a $40B Real Estate Investment Manager looking to expand their acquisitions teams. The firm is know for having a strong real estate presence across the US and providing it's junior employees with great opportunities for career development.
The Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across all major asset classes, including office, residential, retail, industrial, and hospitality. This role involves working on all aspects of the acquisition life cycle, from market research and financial modeling to due diligence and transaction execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a background in real estate acquisitions or M&A investment banking, and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential acquisition opportunities and trends in real estate markets.
- Support the team in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities through relationships with brokers, developers, and other market participants.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, including sensitivity analyses and return metrics (IRR, cash-on-cash, etc.).
- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing property-level financials, conducting site visits, and coordinating with third-party service providers.
- Prepare high-quality investment presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and investment committees.
- Support all stages of transaction execution, including drafting term sheets, coordinating with legal teams, and assisting with closing documentation.
- Collaborate with the asset management team post-acquisition to ensure a seamless transition and implementation of the business plan.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.

Base : $100k - $115k Bonus : 75% - 100% of base (Depending Performance)
