A global Alt Asset Manager with over $200B is looking for an RFP specialist to join the team in a Manager-level function. This position will sit in the firm's Chicago office and work with the IR team covering equity and debt strategies, servicing the firm's global institutional client base. This is a collaborative position that will be an integral piece to the IR and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end to end RFP process
- Complete RFIs and DDQs working with 3rd party vendors
- Manage incoming requests and delegate to team members
- Oversee first drafts and manage quality control
- Oversee meeting of deadlines
- Work closely with CRM, Product Mgmt and Operations teams to manage responses
- Check for accuracy in content, grammar and formatting
- Develop and monitor KPIs to manage and evaluate team effectiveness
- Assist with other editorial products with corporate communications
- Project manage with internal timelines in mind
