Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine a resident's physical limitations and goals.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans of care.
- Therapy Implementation: Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and stretching to residents.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, doctors) to ensure holistic care.
- Supervision and Mentoring: Potentially supervise and mentor junior therapists or staff.

Requirements:
- Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- Must possess a valid and current Physical Therapy license for the State of Maryland
