Location: Newport and Mobile Units (will require travel)

PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES AND COVERS ADMINISTRATIVE REPONSIBILITIES WHEN NECESSARY

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinically supervise Senior Counselors and Counselors, and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation
• Review clinical records for compliance (ie. PI standards, State and Federal criteria) and CODAC Policy and Procedures
• Interview and recommend hiring and dismissal of clinical staff
• Maintain and develop appropriate referral networks
• Review treatment outcomes and program development
• Communicate between Program Director and all staff on clinical issues
• Conduct interviews, orientation, training and evaluations of all clinical staff
• Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
• Conduct outreach and training
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities
• Monitor and oversee all related CARF standards (ie. Environment of Care)
• Coordinate internal and external service delivery
• Document all services, in the patient record, to reflect Health Home and Treatment Services
• Obtain and sustain Motivational interviewing proficiency
• Participate in relevant and appropriate committees
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's in Behavioral Healthcare

LDCP required

Five to seven years’ experience in the field.
