Location: Newport and Mobile Units (will require travel)
PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES AND COVERS ADMINISTRATIVE REPONSIBILITIES WHEN NECESSARY
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clinically supervise Senior Counselors and Counselors, and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation
- Review clinical records for compliance (ie. PI standards, State and Federal criteria) and CODAC Policy and Procedures
- Interview and recommend hiring and dismissal of clinical staff
- Maintain and develop appropriate referral networks
- Review treatment outcomes and program development
- Communicate between Program Director and all staff on clinical issues
- Conduct interviews, orientation, training and evaluations of all clinical staff
- Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
- Conduct outreach and training
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities
- Monitor and oversee all related CARF standards (ie. Environment of Care)
- Coordinate internal and external service delivery
- Document all services, in the patient record, to reflect Health Home and Treatment Services
- Obtain and sustain Motivational interviewing proficiency
- Participate in relevant and appropriate committees
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's in Behavioral Healthcare
LDCP required
Five to seven years’ experience in the field.
