What you'll be doing
Role Overview : Codal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across teams and client engagements. This individual will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Delivery Management to establish and refine Agile best practices, enhance team collaboration, and optimize ways of working for successful project outcomes. The Agile Coach will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring teams are empowered with the right tools, processes, and mindset to deliver value efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Transformation & Coaching
- Guide teams in adopting and scaling Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Provide hands-on coaching to Product Managers, Engineers, and Delivery Leads.
- Partner with clients to align on Agile methodologies and best practices.
Agile & JIRA Best Practice Audits
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Training & Enablement
Metrics, Reporting & JIRA Governance
Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration
