Roles & Responsibilities
Codal is searching for a highly skilled Junior / Mid-Level Technical SEO Specialist to support website migrations and replatforming projects. With verifiable experience in both technical SEO and cross-department collaboration , our ideal candidate will ensure smooth migrations while safeguarding SEO equity and improving site performance.
Candidates must have proven experience in technical SEO strategies , specifically with redirect mapping and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce. Other responsibilities include :
- Conducting pre- and post-migration audits to identify and address SEO issues, including crawlability, indexability, and site architecture.
- Collaborating with CRO analysts, engineers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.
- Creating and managing detailed redirect maps to preserve SEO equity during migrations.
- Monitoring site health and performance using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Optimizing Core Web Vitals and other page speed metrics.
- Communicating clear, data-driven SEO strategies and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Staying up to date on trends and best practices with SEO and emerging industry technologies.
