Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks on a daily basis.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming all visitors. You will also oversee front-desk operations, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Additionally, you will provide administrative support across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, a pleasant personality, and take pride in maintaining a positive work environment, as this position also involves customer service responsibilities.
Ultimately, the Receptionist's role is to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk while executing all administrative tasks with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Escort visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Ensure reception/office area is tidy and presentable
- Maintain office security by following TSA safety procedures
- Controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office & cleaning supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
- Event planning and coordination of company provided meals
Experience
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical preferred
-Ability to provide exceptional customer support
-Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
