Our Paid Social team delivers best-in-class, highly sophisticated branding and performance media to Code3's diverse client base. Paid Social Strategists meet and exceed KPIs through executing complex ad campaigns and reporting campaign performance to our clients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the largest brands in the world.
Note : Due to required in-person client meetings and events, this position is only available to candidates based in the New York City metropolitan area.
What you'll do :
- Develop full funnel paid social strategies that align with client objectives, encompass marketplace trends, and adhere to best practices
- Proficient in building out tactical strategy, platform selection, audience building, and flight recommendations
- Ability to source, pull and compile competitive, marketplace, platform, audience and campaign performance research that guides media plan strategy
- Establish and evolve your clients' paid social strategy, including but not limited to : Learning Agendas, A / B Testing, Pixel Tagging & Event Management, client KPI and goal setting, campaign and audience optimizations
- Analyze multi-platform campaign performance to provide detailed insights, key learnings and recommendations
- Supporting Activation with campaign builds and / or ad previews when additional support is needed
- Prepares and presents strategic / tactical plans and recommendations and is comfortable sharing with the clients and internal team members
- Maintain open and productive communications with platform partners, ensuring our campaigns are of the highest standard
- Attends in-person client and partner presentations and events once a week on average

Salary Information : The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $87,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
