What are the responsibilities and job description for the Producer position at Code and Theory?
As a Producer, you will manage day-to-day operations on projects, with oversight from more senior producers or the Director of Production. You’ll play a key role in planning, leading teams, and ensuring seamless execution across definition/discovery, design, and technical workstreams. You’ll work closely with experience design, product strategy, product management, and engineering (US based and offshore) teams to hone your project management and client engagement skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Delivery: Manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring all timelines and budgets are met.
- Client Service: Serve as a day-to-day client contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Project Management: Organize and manage projects and client work, ensure the team is on track throughout engagements.
- Business Acumen: Contribute meaningfully to SOW development and project scoping alongside senior team members.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Passion for managing and delivering creative and technical solutions, with a particular emphasis on product development.
- A deep curiosity about how to solve complex production challenges.
- Ownership of project management and problem-solving responsibilities.
- Humility in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
