About The Role
Code Blue is looking for a Project Manager to own the successful planning, execution, and profitability of its client projects. From new store openings to IT and audio visual remediations, and technology upgrades, the Project Manager is the ultimate guarantor of Code Blue’s success and its client satisfaction with every project we deliver.
While Code Blue’s projects revolve around technology the Project Manager’s role is really all about people and process.
The Project Manager’s job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results for Code Blue and our clients. You will be the ultimate owner of everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. This includes developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project within the agreed upon timeline and budget.
The Project Manager ensures and documents alignment between client expectation and project execution. When issues arise on the Code Blue side of a project, the Project Manager rallies the team and gets the right resources in place to overcome the obstacles. When Client-driven dependencies slip, placing the project at risk, the Project Manager leverages their client relationship and well-documented documented project timeline to ensure proper ownership of any impacts outside of Code Blue’s direct control.
Project Managers must have a background in communications, client relations and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Predominantly based at our office location with occasional required visits to project sites to ensure execution fidelity.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Own the project kick-off process, ensuring alignment among all project stakeholders with respect to timelines and dependencies.
- Coordinate across functional teams to manage hardware deliveries, orders, and payments, safeguarding the project's success.
- Deploy and manage both internal and third-party technicians to project sites, ensuring that conditions and materials are optimal for seamless, cost-effective execution.
- Develop, oversee, and maintain a detailed project plan, committing to the project’s success from initiation to closure.
- Work closely with account management to compare project scope against margins, and initiate change orders as needed.
- Manage client communications effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels while addressing client-side risks to project success.
- Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Generate, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout all project phases, ensuring client agreement.
- Ensure that the project remains within the predefined budget, schedule, and scope.
- Collaborate with the sales team on Change Order tickets and quotes for items outside the original scope, ensuring client approval.
- Robust educational background in a relevant discipline.
- Superior client-facing communication skills; capable of delivering complex messages effectively and holding clients accountable gracefully.
- Elevated competency in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, high-pressure projects concurrently across various clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to travel to sites as needed.
