Description
The Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-performing sales team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating sales leaders and representatives who align with our company culture, values, and objectives.
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and university boards
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
- Conduct phone, Teams, Zoom, and / or in person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up to date with recruiting methods
- Attend job fairs and career events
- Additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter or successful sales representative, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates for their sales acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including social media, professional networks, college partnerships and cold calling candidates
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
Experience in recruiting or sales, with a focus on sales roles.
