What You’ll Do:
- Support a Variety of Tasks: Assist with strategic initiatives, conference coordination, data tracking, and regional growth efforts. Work with the BD team on projects that drive company growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop Qualification Materials: Create and update CCI’s qualification packages, including firm profiles and project portfolios. Respond to RFPs and prepare materials that showcase CCI’s capabilities.
- Coordinate Conferences & Events: Handle all aspects of event preparation, from registrations to arranging client meetings. Conduct research to identify valuable opportunities for CCI.
- Lead Outreach & Marketing Campaigns: Research industry events and potential marketing campaigns for the BD team. Help track regional growth, recommend seminars, and ensure smooth communication across regions.
- Support Client Relationship Management: Use CRM systems to track proposals, client interactions, and emerging opportunities. Keep the BD team informed on client movements and industry developments.
What We’re Looking for:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: This is an entry-level position, and we encourage all candidates with relevant skills and interest in business development and marketing to apply.
- Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and research techniques is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills are essential.
- Personal Traits: A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for learning and growth.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, office-based position with no travel requirements.
- Primarily seated work, with occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
