We're seeking an Associate Center Director to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working towards a common goal: providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the center
- Work with parents to define children's learning needs
- Engage with children and families in the center
- E nsure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
- Report weekly to the executive team on progress
We require:
- Proven work history with children aged 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, and office equipment
- A flexible schedule
