What are we looking for?
We are looking for a resourceful, self-starting leader to manage our center in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day center operations
- Team management, training, coaching
- Sales outreach and lead follow-ups
- Customer service
- Marketing activities
- Administrative tasks
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role leading others
- Tech savvy
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work after-school hours and some weekend hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
