Job Description
The Junior Program Coordinator will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning experience for children aged 4-9. This includes developing curriculum and lesson plans, organizing class schedules, and conducting tours to attract prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Organize and manage the schedule for all junior classes to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Conduct tours for prospective parents and children to showcase the benefits of our programs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students and provide feedback to parents.
- Lead the teaching of junior classes (up to 8 kids in a class) and create a positive learning atmosphere.
