As a Center Director at Code Ninjas, you will be responsible for leading our center in providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the center
- Following up on leads, scheduling tours, and closing deals
- Working with parents to define their child's learning needs
- Providing center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center
- Engaging with children and families in the center
- Ensuring that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
- Engaging and overseeing coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met
- Ensuring the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students
- Upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
- Reporting weekly to the executive team on progress
