What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Sensei – Code Ninjas Fargo position at Code Ninjas?
Are you passionate about technology, coding, and working with kids? Join our team as a Summer Sensei at Code Ninjas Fargo! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help lead our summer camps, guiding kids through fun, hands-on activities in coding, robotics, game design, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Instruct and mentor kids (ages 5-14) in coding, robotics, and tech-based projects
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment
- Assist with curriculum delivery for camps such as LEGO Robotics, Game Development, Video Editing, and Web Design
- Ensure kids are having fun while learning valuable STEM skills
- Work closely with fellow Senseis and management to ensure smooth camp operations
Who We’re Looking For:
- High school or college students with experience in gaming, coding, STEM, or teaching kids
- Friendly, energetic, and patient individuals who enjoy working with children
- Knowledge of coding languages (Scratch, JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a plus but not necessary; we will teach you what you need to know
- Experience with LEGO Spike Prime, CapCut, OBS, or web development is a bonus
- Availability during summer 2025 (June–August)

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
