Position: Sr. Business Analyst with Sos & Stibo Migration
Location: Houston, TX (Day one Onsite)
Job Type: C2H for 12 months
Key Objectives
- Migrate all Residential SoS to Stibo for single source of data storage
- Structure legacy SoS usable Stibo attributes
- MVP DG Workflow - Resi Franchise New Contract SoS
- MVP DG Workflow - Resi Franchise SoS Update
- MVP DG Workflow - Resi HOA SoS E2E
- DG Workflow - SLA & exception reporting
- DG Workflow - Resi SoS Continuous improvement
- Data Dictionary & Glossary
- Data Quality check & reporting
- Self-Service Eligibility Enablement
Challenges/Gap
- Alignment with CE, Market Area, Digital team on the impact of N/A the migration. Proceed with pilot and enhance the process as
- Structuring: Technical solution AWS
- Post-structuring: Identify stakeholders for post structuring review, data attribute level business rules, conduct business review & signoff on requirements
- Lack of detailed business/functional requirements and acceptance criteria in JIRA due to limited bandwidth of business product owner/SMEs.
- Obtain external stakeholder alignment and sign off business requirements
- Identify detailed reporting roadmap
- Scope out reporting requirements and avoid duplicated effort between DG and eligibility dashboard
BA can help resolve below gaps:
- Document Stibo data mapping, business rules
- Requirement/Acceptance criteria documentation for post structuring review process after GenAl model completes data extraction
- Participate in internal grooming & with external stakeholders
- Lucidchart process flow and wireframe creation/updates
- Transform high level business requirements/process flows and end user input to detailed requirements with acceptance criterial
- Review with BPO/DPO/Stakeholders for sign off
- Work with Catherine to define Self-service required attributes & rules in Stibo and MAS for resi customers for each priority self-service use cases
- Confirm rules with other end users IVR, Knowledge
- Document proactive report requirements
- Bridge Functional/Technical grooming between DG and Self-service team
- Requirement/Acceptance criteria documentation
