Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fraud and AML Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation, AI-powered financial crime solutions for global banking institutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in fraud prevention/AML with hands-on experience in bootstrapping AI products and leveraging Agentic AI capabilities. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle while ensuring seamless integration of cybersecurity controls and AWS cloud services into our solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered Fraud & AML solutions, incorporating Agentic AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity innovations
• Develop business cases and ROI models for new product features and enhancements
• Conduct competitive analysis of Fraud/AML solutions (traditional and AI-based)
AI Product Development
• Lead the design of AI/ML-driven fraud detection models and transaction monitoring systems
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to operationalize Agentic AI capabilities for autonomous fraud investigation workflows
• Define requirements for model training, testing, and continuous improvement cycles
Technical Execution
• Architect solutions leveraging AWS services (e.g., Amazon Fraud Detector, SageMaker, Lambda)
• Ensure compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework and financial services security standards
• Oversee integration with banking systems (core banking, payment networks, KYC platforms)
Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with banking compliance teams to align solutions with global AML regulations (FATF, FinCEN, etc.)
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to embed fraud prevention controls (behavioral biometrics, threat intelligence)
• Engage with third-party data providers (identity verification, dark web monitoring)
Required Qualifications
• 10 years in banking/financial services, with at least 5 years in Fraud/AML product roles
• Proven track record of bootstrapping AI/ML products from concept to production
• Hands-on experience with:
o AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Bedrock)
o Fraud/AML technologies (Actimize, Feedzai, Oracle AML)
o Product lifecycle management in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of:
o Agentic AI applications in financial crime detection
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience with AWS Fraud Detector or similar managed fraud prevention services
• Cybersecurity principles in fraud prevention (Zero Trust, IAM)
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, CAMS
