Senior Program Managers (Infrastructure, AZURE, Cloud, GCP)

LOCATION: DALLAS TX, HYBRID(2 DAYS Onsite)

Program Manager partners with senior IT leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with Business & IT leaders on large-scale initiatives.
• Program Management – Oversee Network Modernization, PBX Implementation, IT Applications and Cloud Landing Zones setup.
• Cloud Expertise – Manage AWS & Azure infrastructure and application migrations.
• Resiliency & Risk Mitigation – Support the migration of 30 applications while ensuring stability.
• Strategic Execution – Drive enterprise-level projects with a focus on performance, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in IT project, program, or portfolio management.
• 6 years of problem-solving experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, research, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills:

• 5 years in IT Program/Portfolio Management, preferably in financial services.
• Understanding of financial products, services, and operational guidelines.
• Expertise in business analytics, Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP.
• Experience with PPM tools (Planview Portfolios).
