We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Montana. This role involves providing nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for adult clients in a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient responses, maintaining accurate documentation, and assigning tasks while guiding and training subordinate staff. Candidates must have a degree from an accredited nursing program, a current Montana RN license, and strong knowledge of nursing practices, medications, treatment planning, patient rights, and psychopharmacology. Experience with psychiatric inpatient treatment programs is preferred. Shift differentials may apply, and one meal is provided per shift.
