As a Registered Nurse at Allen Hospital, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team, applying nursing knowledge and skills to manage patient care through the nursing process. The role uses EPIC EMR, with overtime / holiday pay at a 1.25x multiplier. Candidates must have 2 years of Med Surg / Tele experience, with tele strip reading experience encouraged, and may be asked to float to other units within their skill set. Submission requirements include a resume, a completed skills checklist (within the last year), license verification, BLS (AHA or ARC), and references (preferred, to be completed during onboarding if not provided). Certification in ACLS and BLS is required, and the candidate must hold an Iowa state license or compact license.
