Codeforce Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Evansville, Indiana.
Job Description & Requirements

No local candidates (40-mile radius). 12-hour night shifts (6 : 30 PM – 7 AM), 36 guaranteed hours (48 upon request). Float to Deaconess Newburgh (IN) & Henderson (KY). Weekend / Holiday : 3 weekends per 6-week schedule, every other holiday. Requirements : Active compact RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Experience : 2 years Tele / MS, 1 travel assignment, Trauma Level II. Charting : Recent EPIC required. Skills : Tele / 12-lead EKG, titrating drips, PIV insertion, chest tube management, nephrostomy tubes.
