Skills Preferred :
- Knowledge of drive encryption software Knowledge and skills with creating and upgrading software applications for deployment through a software deployment solution.
- Ideally knowledgeable with Broadcom Ghost Solution or Broadcom Client management system software.
- Basic knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, MSI switches and SQL is necessary when creating jobs to deploy.
- Knowledge to troubleshoot failed software installations and steps necessary to resolve issues. Knowledge of creating and deploying certificates.
- Knowledge of validating the installation of clients and applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy Objects has context menu
Experience Required : Miscellaneous / Niche / Other
Experience Preferred : Minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible desktop computer patching and maintenance methods, techniques, and tools.
Education Required : Miscellaneous / Niche / Other
Education Preferred : Possession of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology Field Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
