If they have azure, they will be able to handle AWS.
They should be knowing Kafka how it works, portion of the code.
Basic queries on Splunk, backend candidates will have Splunk.
Able to understand, able to code, logical thinking, if we give problem how they analyse the problem.
This is completely a backend role, full stack is also most welcome.
AWS : scratch, helping API's,
AWS knowledge is enough to have.
