Job Summary and Qualifications
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination and evaluation of nursing care provided on the assigned unit(s). The Manager also coordinates and supervises the activities for the unit, which supports the safe and efficient delivery of care. The Manager assists the Department Director in the implementation of Performance Improvement activities, hospital policies / procedures, quality outcomes, and financial management of the Unit.
Qualifications
- A Minimum of 2 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Medical / Surgical or Step Down LEADERSHIP experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
- TX RN License or Compact

Salary Range : Minimum : $40- Mid : $50 an HR- Max : 61 an HR (Depends on years of experience however, to be considered for the Max candidates would need to have 20 years of experience)
