Position Overview
Senior Technical Project Manager
Requirements :
- Day to day project management, scope, cost and schedule management
- Status reporting, tracking the project schedule, budget and benefits
- Lead projects through the system development life cycle and successfully manage the projects from initiation to closure
- Assumes ownership of the project deliverable and results
- Develop comprehensive schedule and drives progress to plan, proactively managing changes
- Work with vendors and team to establish and achieve project goals
- Track critical project deliverables with core team and facilitates solutions when issues arise
- Demonstrate consistent exercise of independent judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Desired : Familiarity with call center software, workforce management, integrated agent scheduling, call volume forecasting, IVR capabilities, call screening, etc.
