Your expertise will be pivotal in providing comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care on the dynamic Med / Surg / Pedi unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Coordinator and / or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.To join our team, we require a minimum of three years' acute care experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity. Possessing a current Vermont RN or multi state licensure and BCLS certification is essential, while ACLS certification is highly desired.Nestled in the heart of Vermont's historic Northeast Kingdom, NVRH is a cherished 25-bed independent and nonprofit critical access hospital.
