Roles & Responsibilities
- Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
- Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations.
- Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices.
- Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.
- Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or communications preferred.
- 3 years of experience in customer service role with focus on logistics and delivery.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Great work ethic with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, Ability to multi-task.
- ERP Experience, preferred (Salesforce and SAP experience, a plus)
- Experience with customer EDI, Vendor ASN's and a Direct Ship Value Stream
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or communications preferred.
