Job Description:
• 5-10 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility and hands on experience with safety systems
• Excellent knowledge of safety engineering and the ISO 26262 standard
• Hardware and software development experience to the ISO 26262 standard
• Excellent knowledge of the FMEA and FTA principles and analysis techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Visio, Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• EV, Plugin-Hybrid or Full Hybrid powertrain experience
• Detailed knowledge of energy storage subsystems and controls
• Experience in functional safety development with a major automotive OEM on production intent development programs
• Proficiency with Polarion ALM
