Codeium already gives AI-powered tools to hundreds of thousands of individual developers and development teams at thousands of enterprises, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. With millions of installations of our extensions and intense traction in the enterprise sector, Codeium has uniquely already achieved strong product market fit, and is looking to take it to the next level. As a field marketer, you will be responsible for live marketing initiatives, such as conferences, events, meetups, customer-specific workshops, and more. You are expected to work relatively autonomously and will have agency to execute on ideas. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities :
- Voice of the Customer : Build a healthy community and pipeline of feedback for product iteration.
- Persona understanding : Interacting with our users to understand who they are, what they care about, and what messaging / channels resonate with them.
- Events & Meetups : Build groundswell of positive public sentiment and community, either physically or virtually, both for our free product and within enterprises.
