As a marketing campaign manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and tracking campaigns to drive enterprise awareness and adoption of our products within potential decision-makers, champions, and users. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns to reach target markets and position Codeium as the go-to AI development solution for enterprises.
- Persona Understanding: Interacting with our users to understand who they are, what they care about, and what messaging/channels resonate with them.
- Review Site Management: Own and optimize Codeium’s presence on G2, TrustRadius, and other review sites to influence enterprise buyers.
- Field Marketing Events: Assist in executive roundtables, industry conferences, and strategic in-person engagements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years professional experience in campaign management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- (Optional) Past experience working with B2B SaaS startups.
- (Optional) Experience in sales, marketing, design, photo/video editing software, etc.
