Job Description : Delivery Leads / Product Managers - Digital Assets (Crypto / Blockchain)
We are seeking highly experienced candidates with a strong background in Asset Management operations, particularly in back-office and middle-office roles, along with experience in mutual fund accounting within the digital currencies ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead a squad of 6-8 members, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects related to digital assets (Crypto / Blockchain).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and delivery in the digital assets space.
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Asset Management, specifically with exposure to back-office and middle-office operations and mutual fund accounting in a digital currencies ecosystem.
Strong technical background in Java, API, SQL, and Oracle technologies, with an understanding of how these tools apply within the digital assets space.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive product initiatives effectively.
Location Requirements :
Candidates must be based locally or willing to relocate to Westlake, TX or Raleigh, NC . This role requires onsite presence every alternate week.
